George Symons, CEO

George Symons serves as CEO of Yosemite Technologies. Mr. Symons brings broad experience in storage software development, business development and building global business to the role. As CEO, Mr. Symons is responsible for all global operations including sales, marketing, finance, professional services, product development and business development.
Mr. Symons joined Yosemite from EMC, where he served as Chief Technology Officer for Information Management, responsible for defining EMC's product and technical strategy. He also played key roles in the integration of Legato enterprise backup and recovery products and Documentum content management software into EMC.
Prior to EMC, Mr. Symons held positions within Legato including CTO, Vice President of Product Management and Marketing, and Vice President of Development and Product Management. He was involved in the integration of products from SCH Technologies and OTG into Legato's product line, and later in the acquisition of Legato by EMC. Prior to that he was Vice President of Engineering at FullTime Software, VP of Marketing at Software Research and PROCASE Corporation, and also held product marketing and product management positions at Sun Microsystems. Symons has B.A. degrees in Computer Science and Management Science from University of California, San Diego, and an M.B.A from University of California, Los Angeles.

Dennis Hagobian, President/COO

Mr. Hagobian is the President and Chief Operating Officer. Having served in this capacity since October 2000, Mr. Hagobian provides the Company with direction in its overall operations, including marketing, sales, accounting, general business, operational structure, finance, mergers and acquisitions and evaluation of future funding options. Mr. Hagobian is a certified public accountant.
He was formerly a managing partner of Ernst & Young, where he practiced for more than 20 years, serving a diversified group of public and private companies. He has also held both chief executive officer and chief financial officer positions with several international companies in a variety of diversified product markets. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and California Society of Certified Public Accountants. He received a Master's of Business Administration degree from California State University.

Michelle Rockler, Vice President of Sales for the Americas

Ms. Rockler is responsible for Yosemite Technologies' North American sales. Her responsibilities include developing Yosemite’s indirect sales channel and OEM business. Ms. Rockler has more than 15 years of experience building successful indirect sales relationships with VARs, ISVs, OEMs and Strategic Alliance partners.
Prior to joining Yosemite Technologies, Ms. Rockler was Director, Strategic Alliances at EMC Corporation and Legato where she managed the field and services relationship with HP and the Oracle Alliance. While at Legato Systems, Ms. Rockler broadened Legato's HP channel relationships and grew the HP indirect sales revenue by 100%. Ms. Rockler has also served as Manager, Business Development at Candle Corporation where she established partnerships with major Distributors, Systems Integrators and Resellers that resulted in the Western Region leading channel revenue worldwide for three consecutive years.
Ms. Rockler received a B.A. in History from Georgetown University.

David Farrow, Senior Director of Engineering

With over 18 years of experience in developing and architecting a wide variety of software solutions, Mr. Farrow currently serves as senior director of engineering for Yosemite Technologies. Overseeing an effective product development team, Mr. Farrow is responsible for the management of the whole life cycle of Yosemite’s industry-leading storage software solutions, from design to delivery.
Prior to joining Yosemite, Mr. Farrow founded and established a software engineering consultancy where he defined the structure and specifications for some of the industry’s most complex and innovative platforms. Mr. Farrow has also held positions at TRW Systems Integration Group and Fiserv where he designed and implemented pioneering software solutions. Mr. Farrow has B.S. degree in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from University of California, Berkeley.
